How do I reset my password?Updated a month ago

Uh-oh, forgotten your password? No worries—it happens to the best of us! Resetting it is quick and easy. Just head to our homepage and click on the little Account Icon at the top. From there, enter the email address you used when you registered your account and click on “Reset Password.” A brand-new password will be sent straight to your inbox. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case it sneaks in there!

If you don’t receive the email, it’s possible you haven’t created an account yet. (Fun fact: placing an order doesn’t automatically create one.) In that case, go ahead and create an account using the same email—you’ll be up and running in no time.
