What do I do if I am missing an item in my order?Updated a month ago

We are sorry to hear that you are missing an item in your order! Please contact Customer Support by clicking here within 3 days of your order being delivered.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a photo of the items you did receive, along with the name of the missing item(s). Be sure to check the package for any notes or packing slips that may indicate your other items were shipped separately. 

While we may not be able to guarantee an exact replacement due to potential stock issues, we will do our best to resolve the situation and ensure you are satisfied with a suitable solution.
