Lost packages
To report a missing order or if it's lost in transit, contact Customer Support by clicking here . A replacement order will only be considered after 15 days of no tracking movement. Refunds are not available after 90 days from the delivery date of the shipment.
Damaged packages
If your order or a product within the shipping box arrives damaged, please initiate a product exchange claim within 3 days of the shipment delivery date. You will need to have the Order Number and the email address used during the order placement. To start the exchange process, click on this link.
