Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days after the order is placed. It's important to note that Pure Romance and our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as business days.

Delivery dates subject to carrier and weather delays and should be used as an estimate only and are not guaranteed. 

To ensure the fastest, most secure delivery, your order may be split into multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number.

Shipments to HI, AK, and APO addresses may take between 2-3 weeks for delivery. Special shipping promotions do not apply to these locations.

Perfumes and Aerosols are not eligible for 2-Day Express. Special shipping promotions do not apply to this service.
